Zuppa Toscano Soup
(Olive Garden Copycat)
1 pound bulk mild Italian sausage
1 ¼ teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes or paprika
4 slices bacon, broke in to bacon bits
1 large onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
32 Oz chicken broth
6 medium potatoes cut in to chunks
1 cup heavy cream
¼ bunch fresh spinach, tough stems removed
Cook Italian sausage red pepper flakes or smoked paprika in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat until crumbly, browned, and no longer pink, 10 to 15 minutes.
Add potatoes and cook until tender. Add other ingredients and simmer. Top with bacon bits and serve!

Frozen Rolls
melted butter
Garlic salt
Thaw, roll into bread sticks, brush melted butter and let let rise for 30 minutes. Bake 375 for 10 min. Brush with butter and sprinkle garlic salt. Serve hot. Enjoy.

Love that soup, and I'm really interested in the breadsticks made from dinner rolls, can't wait to try it! Our road is still impassable due to ice; thankfully I was prepared and we have plenty of everything we need for the animals and me, but I think there's more snow coming this weekend.

last night I walked out of my hotel room after dark and a guy was standing in front of my room facing my room staring at my room outside about ten feet away and was just standing there with a coat on saying nothing just staring and then I saw a police car and I did not want to talk to government officials that try to not protect my safety and instead do the opposite and try to hurt me and they do not put the people that bother me and risk my safety with weapons in jail – so I walked back inside. One of the reasons they have not arrested the people that have pulled weapons on me is that it's one of the republican type people's tricks for more gun rights and more police rights but I say because the police cannot be used for my protection then the public should not be able to carry guns for protection and make it even with me. The time I was arrested on ogburn st after a guy pulled a knife on me at my yard sale and then I chased him to try to get the knife out of his hand and kill him with it but I could not catch him (black guy) and a mexican and black guy beat me up in my own yard and held me down till the police arrived and I was arrested – I told the cop about the guy that pulled a knife on me and he said where is he now and I said well he got in his car and drove off and there wasn't ever anything said to me from the police about the guy threatening my life. It was that policeman's job to investigate who he was and track him down and arrest him. The guy walked in my yard at my yard sale and I said he buddy you sold me $20 of bad marijuana last week and you owe me $20 where's my $20 and I started walking towards him and he pulled his knife on me. Two weeks later I got out of jail and all my yard sale stuff was still in my yard soaking wet from when it had rained. A lot of the incorrect behavior from these kinds of people is because of living in the city; it's the worst place to live especially when you are not social butterflies like these people are. There's no such thing as other people involved with me except for the possibility of me marrying a wife – the city folk don't know they are not involved with anything to do with me and without police protection they have to be taught and besides the police arresting them the only thing they respond to is violence. I was seeing a therapist when I lived there once to try to stop fighting and my neighbor would punch me in the faced everytime that I walked out of my front door while I was seeing a therapist to try to stop fighting and I would walk away everytime till he punched me one day and I said ok you wanna fight huh we can either go into the woods and fight or go in the back yard and fight so the police do not see us and he chose the back yard and he ran towards me and I tackled him and stuck my finger down his eyeball socket beside his eye till he started crying begging to be let up. I see him all the time on the street but he doesn't ever try to punch me anymore and he's super nice. The police arrested me once when I lived on coogler road and they are complete morons because he had me in the back of the police car and he came to the car from my trailer and said I noticed youi have a small dog in the house and your stove eye is on so do you want me to turn your stove off before I take you to jail and I said yes turn the stove eye off. And after that I can't remember if I yelled outside to the city or posted it on facebook but I said that cop can't just walk up in my yard and swing his thing around like he owns the place and then I lived on ogburn next to dude that punched me in the face everyday and once I walked away and he pulled his pants down and tried to swing his thing around for me and he said I heard you liked these and I laughed and continued walking away. (that's all they know because they do not exist and are not living lives when they aren't physically seen; it's like every time I talk to them I hear them repeat things; they do not have any rights- they either repeat from me or repeat from me according to their location from years ago they repeat from then when I was in that location or they tell me what I call their big bang rock and roll sex story that repeats using words without the correct definition – like the news or any of it; none of it exists). I can tell every time when they just tell me big bang sex story words for something I didn't witness because I am a graduate of the school of rock. The cop on coogler road didn't even exist enough to lock my door to my trailer before driving me to jail – 4 times after arresting me they left the door to my home unlocked)
Once next to the orlando greyhound I asked a black guy to buy marijuana and he pulled some out and said give me $10 for this and I said no thanks and he said you are going to give me $10 for this or I am going to punch you in the face and I said well I'm not giving you $10 for that and he punched me in the face and I just walked away but I lost one of my favorite hats after he punched me
I often think what would dead family members do. In my vision and hearing I do not want people near that are not good for me in my screen in my head. By listening to what others say I can tell that many are so caught up in the "illusion" of I have more money than you so I am better than you in society and rule over you – that I know there's no hope of us ever having an intelligent conversation (they're too far out of reality to be near very long) it's the capitalism less or more sex illusion. The bigger the trucking company the smaller the wage.
Living in the city the question as a white man seems to be – would you rather live near the blacks that speak english that are racist towards the white man or live near the mexicans that speak spanish and are racist towards the white man?
(in an el paso homeless shelter I saw a black man and a mexican almost fighting- awesome) I believe some mexicans do not throw their used toilet paper in the toilet because it matches the color of their skin
people walk up to me and hand me money when I carry my backpack to the store. If it's cold outside they look at me like they feel sorry for me if I carry my backpack. If I walk carrying my backpack the street drug dealer looking types give me the this is my territory and I am going to fight you look but I am not being harassed by the police driving a car – they probably would pull me over for no reason if I was driving a car since everyone changed due to social and news media on the internet and they have stopped me walking 6 times in a month in year 2023
I have three choices living in the city – 1 live near the blacks (normally cheaper rent) but they speak english and say racist words to me and seem to want to try to start a fight and if there's more than 4 gathered together in public then I am dead meat (so I didn't like that experience – too hot) or 2 live near the mexicans that say things in spanish that I don't understand that are racist towards me in public (too warm) or live in the country in the city without racist words from foreigners said to me but I am near chewing tobacco white people that have it their way socially and use their police illegally to make it that way in the city (too cold)

living in the city the blacks are more racist than the mexicans but the mexicans are pretty racist and want to fight as well. I can tell by the way they look and stare at me. It's best to not be near other races for safety reasons. I am glad to not be near the blacks like I was at the hotel on willowdale rd but I can tell being near a million mexicans where I live now won't last very long because I have to protect my own safety from other people because the police won't protect me from others and they seem to want to bother me and have physically hurt me in the past as well. I still say that other people shouldn't be able to carry guns for protection because I do not have the police for my protection.
Once the dalton police took me to jail and passed by booking and already had a mat laid out to slam me on the concrete in front of a cell without a toilet or drinking water and one of them starting training techniques with my body showing another cop different ways he could make me not move.
Once the dalton police held me at gun point and made me lay on the ground because they were hiding behind a bush and heard me yell I'm going to kick your ass to another guy and charged me with terroristic threats
a couple of days ago I typed and commented and told someon (he said he thought he seen her when he drove to see me – strawberry blonde hair chopped off to about her shoulders & I said yep) about this female walking to me in front of my hotel room and wanted cigarettes and I gave her some and she said she needed to buy some at the store and I said there's a store in the building beside this one and she said I am going to go get a shower and I am going to come back and get you to go to the store with me and I said why would you come back and get me to walk to the store and she said I don't know anyone around here and I said you don't need me. And the manager asked me if I had a girlfriend are you talking about that female that walked up to me yesterday and she said yes and I told her that story and she said be careful because one was walking around stealing packages from in front of doors. And I typed about her not wearing any shoes while walking on nasty concrete and that's all I need to know not to talk to them long. And then after all that at like 5 am raining while I was outside smoking a guy walked to me bare footed.

I guess social security stopped sending award letters and earning statements at the end of each year because I didn't receive them again this year. I called and changed my address before they would "have mailed" them but I still didn't get mine again at the end of this last year, the same as 2023 but something was wrong when I called them because when I moved to chatsworth georgia room 107 in 2023 I called to change my address and they would not let me change my address over the phone because when they asked for my previous address they said I kept giving them the wrong room number for my previous address and I had to call them back later and give them my bank routing number to verify it was my on the phone – and this last call they asked am I still living in georgia and I said yes I am still in dalton georgia and they did not ask for my previous address.
Doesn't surprise me because medicare does not cover a tb test and they do not cover when I was walking from salt lake city utah to pocatello idaho after I bought a United airlines ticket online at the salt lake city airport and the employees said they had no confirmation number like the one I was emailed and they had no record of me paying for a ticket and I stopped in a city and called an ambulance because I had blisters on the bottom of my feet so bad from walking and I almost passed out. The er doctor said he could not help me for blisters on my feet so I said check my blood pressure and he prescribed blood pressure medicine; later I received a letter from medicare that they did not cover that er visit
