Nothing went right tonight, my rice ball fell apart, my nori got wet and started sticking to things and ripping… it was the last of my rice and nori… I was determined… when in need, taco holders to the rescue 😂😂
Looks awful, but was delicious no matter how much it fell apart after. I don’t know why today has been so hard but absolutely nothing has gone right. But I was going to eat this one way or another damnit.

Delicious is the important part.
My first few were softball size .. but delicious!
We all have bad days, but as long as it tasted good, that’s all that matters.
