Mix of 50/50 cow cover and Traeger beef rub. Started in oven at 220°. Finished on weber kettle over charcoal and hickory chips. I usually go for New York strips from costco. Had to feed about 4ish people so i went with the tri tip. Howd i do?

    Looks delicious! Great job on it. We’re a big fan of the tri tip in my house. A great tasting cut of meat for a reasonable price usually. Think I know what I’ll make this weekend.
