I made kimchi jiggy with 6 month old tofu and 3 year old ham. Secret ingredient: Goya ham sazon. Some celery too for good measure.

I made kimchi jiggy with 6 month old tofu and 3 year old ham. Secret ingredient: Goya ham sazon. Some celery too for good measure.

Tofu was silken but partially froze.

Kimchi was pretty old too, from April.
