I have a restaurant and this is my new Fig+Goat burger.
Chuck beer party, argula, bacon, fig jam and goat cheese. What do you think?

I love it!
But I can guarantee one of these dumbasses on this sub will say it’s “too tall”
They always do!

It sounds great but also looks difficult to eat.

Chuck beer party sounds like a good time.

I would eat this with a fork and knife

That would be great on a lamb patty I bet.

I’m honestly disappointed that the meat isn’t goat. But it still looks delicious. How much do you charge for that?

It’s a classic combo, but the ratios are off for me. It’s got like 10% too much on it. I have very little confidence that thing is staying together from start to finish too. I don’t mind at pub style burger with a thicker patty from time to time, but it’s a bit too thick for me as well. A more handheld version would be killer IMO.

Sounds delicious. You can smoosh that down far enough to get a bite out of it. Besides, in my opinion, if you don’t take a good chance to wear some of it home, it’s not the best burger you get to eat.

I like strawberry jam and goats cheese on mine. As weird as it sounds its delicious.

I think you will be going out of business pretty quick, most people that want a good burger don’t want that
chicotequila
where is it?

Looks good and good choice on ingredients.
That plating always leaves me disappointed. I can tell the kind of restaurant it is and it’s not my choice for burgers. *Unless* fancy waffles fries with cheese sauce, then I’m sold
