I think I have found my favorite , volume heavy dinner. I was only able to eat half before I had to stop, but didn’t want to stop because it was sooo good.
Dressing:
-Greek Yogurt, lemon, chipotle in adobo peppers, and a little bit of chicken bouillon.
Ingredients:
Kale
Turkey
Radishes
Corn
Black beans
Cucumber
Lemon (add on every layer with salt)
Olive oil (only a bit to massage the kale)
Baked sweet potato
