Today Im sharing my recipe for a risotto which I learned while working in Michelin starred kitchen. Its not complicated and you will be able to make this without any problems.

For the Risotto you will need:

180 grams of Carnaroli rice
2 shallots
100 grams of dry white wine
600-650 grams of white chicken stock (Link below to recipe) + 1 king solo garlic & some thyme

100 grams of salted butter
100 grams of Parmigiano Reggiano

For the Gremolata you will need:

1 king solo garlic
30 grams of parsley
Zest from half a lemon
