    People freak out when I order Bleu!

    I am going to start saying … “Somewhere between lavender and mauve, please” …. Sounds even more pretentious than any other steak temp. I LOVE IT!

    I’m from France, where people still order a steak bleu. I don’t think the person who made this has seen a steak cooked to bleu 😅

    Is this really a thing or is this a troll? I’ve never heard of it but I always wanted a name for how I like my steak from a streakhouse. I’ve stupidly asked for “between rare and mid rare” and gotten the strangest looks from the server.
