(Credits to smakoholiczka on instagram, that’s how I found this recipe)

Marcos came out to be 357kcal, 41,6g protein, 15,4g fat and 12g carbs for 1 portion (1/4 of the pan, 322g)

Very good and very filling. Not exactly the highest in volume but you can probably make it have more volume by adding more veggies or skipping out on yolks (idk if it’ll taste good without yolks though).

Ingredients (4 portions)

  • 460g low fat cottage cheese (klinek variety if you can find it)

  • 200g low fat feta type cheese

  • 6 eggs

  • couple handfuls of spinach (can also use other veggies or even meat maybe)

  • ~200g cherry tomatoes

  • 6 cloves of garlic

  • spices – I used salt, pepper, oregano, nutmeg and basil (don’t know exact measurements sorry, I was eyeballing)

Recipe:

  • blend cottage cheese with eggs and spices

  • pour into oven safe dish, add spinach and crushed garlic and mix

  • crumble some feta on top and lay some cherry tomatoes on top

  • bake in 200 celsius for around 30-35 minutes, after that let it cool down a bit

Enjoy!

Looks like it has some type of crust but is that just the cottage and feta cheese?

I make a batch of this every week. I use some lean meat, whatever cheese I have, and the veggies I need to get rid of in the fridge. It’s so filling and delicious!
