    It looks like it’s been slightly oxidized so it’s probably old. Still fine to eat tho. Could also just the color balance on the picture.

    Some things that people have mentioned in the past have been from water exposure before freezing or it actually being bintoro.

    If it smells salty it shouldn’t be served you won’t die but you shouldn’t eat it
