I wanted a steak so bad lately…

I'm a truck driver and used an airfryer, 7 mins one side, 11 the other side. Seasoned with salt pepper and chili flakes. Internal temp of 55c

    Nice… do you use an air fryer on the rig?
    Do you have a generator for such appliances or do you have substantial enough battery and inverter?
