My kid changed her sleep schedule so I’ve been eating at a different time lately and struggling with that since I’ve trained myself over the past few months to eat at certain times. This has helped me get through to the next meal or I like eating it before a meal to help fill me up first

    You can add 2/3 – 1 full cup of water with it and it’s very filling imo

    I go through so much miso soup that I caved and bought “easy miso” and a package of dried tofu, wakame, and green onion so I can add as little or as much as I want.

    i eat so much miso, i always have a tub of miso paste in the fridge ready to go! i like to add napa cabbage and frozen mini wontons to mine to make it a full meal sometimes, it’s so good

    Yepp! I can’t live without this stuff. Especially during a blizzard! It is what hold me over from having dinner before my workout (which would be terrible lol).

    Love these I also like to put in glass noodles which are about 60 cal

    I love these so much… I usually have 1.5 packets at a time to make the portion a little bigger
