That salad looks so refreshing. Did you add an oil based vinaigrette or just a bit of oil to toss it?

That looks really nice and your choices are impeccable.
Just be aware that Omad is a fad diet, meaning it’s one of those diets that only works while you’re on it. You’ll regain if you don’t diet in a way that can become permanant once you reach maintenance phase.
Nobody realizes this, but the diet is actually forever, and the weight loss phase is actually just learning how to to do maintenance. Omad doesn’t allow people to learn portions for IRL situations after they hit their goal. And then they end up totally unprepared for real life, and then they regain because they never learned portion control.
The whole entire diet is just training for maintenace, so you really want to learn how to manage small portions, because that’s what you’ll need to do, every single day, for the rest of your life, to maintain your goal weight. Most people can’t keep up something like omad for a lifetime. But most people can learn small portions with a bit of determination, and those habits eventually do become permanant.
You could easily divide that into 2 meals and get your portioning practice in, with a third one later in the day. There is absolutely no need for binge/starve cycles, when that’s literally 2 meals that you could comfortably eat seperately with more realistic timing and far less discomfort.

Looks delish though, good job on creating it!
