They may not look like much but this is one of my all time favorite meals. Originally my mother's recipe, these crock pot pork chops are tender and the gravy is delicious (I use hidden valley ranch seasoning).

Try searing them before slow cooking. Get a nice browning

I make this all the time but with mashed potatoes. I almost made it today, but I don’t have potatoes now, so I will probably make it this weekend. It’s so good and so, so easy!

Hopefully OP delivers with their recipe but usually this is just called “smothered pork chops”. [here is the recipe I use](https://www.thecountrycook.net/slow-cooker-pork-chops/) which is probably very similar. And I prefer to serve with mashed potatoes instead of rice.

Is that sautéed zucchini? Toss some red onion in with it next time, a little butter, you won’t regret it. I promise.

So sorry all I didn’t realize people would like them lol! The recipe is super simple:
-boneless pork chops (however many you want I usually do three decent sized ones) -1 hidden valley ranch packet sprinkled over pork chops -1 can cream of mushroom soup -1 can cream of celery soup -about 1 can of chicken, beef or vegetable broth (your choice I’ve tried all and it’s good!) *cook on low 6-7 hours or high for 3-4* serve over jasmine rice or mashed potatoes -add a little dollop of sour cream for tang if you want
