Tuna Nachos:
12 refrigerated wonton wrappers, cut in half
Oil spray for coating
Asian seasoning of choice or garlic salt & ground ginger
1 pound of fresh ahi tuna, diced
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
Marinade:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. white sesame seeds (optional)
Sauce:
3 Tbsp. Kewpie Mayo
1 tsp. sriracha
Mix tuna in marinade with avocados and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Spray wontons with oil spray and sprinkle on seasonings of choice. Cook in air fryer for 2-4 minutes, watch them carefully. Top wontons with marinated tuna mix. Top with sauce. Sprinkle on green onions.
