Cooked up some nice pork. Any idea what to use the left over juice for?

    Do what I do and continually slurp spoonfuls of it every time you walk by it.

    Make a gravy, it’s not too hard. Or just reduce it and make bullion for soups

    Serve the pork on a bed of rice and drizzle it over the top.

    Or make a gravy out of it.

  4. I would pour it over the pork and store it like that, keep it moist!

    Strain into saucepan and reduce by half, taste often and stop when it begins to taste of sakt

    Use to put over rice and pork
