Beautiful video, I do recommend you venture into long duration videos though, i have my channel "Heart of Creativity" and back then I wasn't familiar with shorts, so it took a lot of time to build an audience through long form videos, but you already have a substantial audience so go for it and see where it gets you. The most successful implementation would be to make a long form video and have a bunch of shorts clipped straight from that video, so if someone watches your recipe on shorts, they can just simply click and watch the longer videos. Besides your quality and content is miles better than anything I had, keep pushing ❤️
This looks soooooo good. My fiancé and I have been looking for recipes that are less meat, versus recipes that are meatless. We love sausage and peppers, we’ll definitely have to try this!
Am I nuts or did I just watch a video about a guy using lentils and legumes for protein (audio) while watching him make a completely different dish with tons of meaty sausage (video)?!?!?

You burnt the fond, use medium heat next time
If you have an instant pot or pressure cooker the soak only needs to be an hour or so.

You dont need to soak them at all. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Done. They are not like other beans.
