I feel you on that! So, I thought I’d share this banana bread recipe I just made. It’s amazing! Doesn’t taste like a diet version of banana bread and uses normal ingredients. I subbed the granulated sugar for monk fruit/erythritol blend to make it even lower cal, but you don’t have to. I had one and a half thick slices (132g) with 325g of 0% Greek yogurt and some raw honey. It really hit the spot and it is high volume and high protein.     That sounds great! I often feel like I’m missing baked treats when eating low cal, so this is a nice option.
