  1. I’ve been doing recipe 335g water, 100g starter, 500g flour, 10-15g salt that you gave me months ago and I’m loving it! But how can I make my loaves a little bigger? I see some that are bigger than mine😅.

    also baked my first loaf few days ago and it was awesome! Nice crumb and got so much oven spring
