Hi guys first time grower here.

So I noticed that these tiny bugs likes to lay their eggs on the leaves of my pepper plants. They look a bit like ants, but I'm not sure it is. Can you guys identify them? are they harmful to my pepper plants? I do apologize if the pics are unclear, these guys moves so fast.
