    Thank you for the sweet comments, you guys. Just want to say my little secret for homemade sauce is adding a little fish sauce along with the brown sugar to cut the acidity. Not enough to make it fishy, but enough to make it rich without overpowering sweetness. Also used venison this time, highly recommend. Cheers, guys.
