How do you spread your calories over the day? I try to go with 400kcal – 600kcal – 400kcal and 100kcal for snacks

What app is this? Adding the photos are neat!

I typically aim for 500 breakfast, 1000 dinner during the week because it’s so annoying trying to figure out the calories for a homecooked meal T~T

I eat as little as possible during the day (around 400). Then the rest for dinner and my night snacks 😅healthiest? Probably not. But it works for me!

  4. I am a little over 1500 most days.
    But it’s roughly:

    – 300 breakfast
    – 100 snack
    – 400 lunch
    – 100 snack
    – 500 dinner
    – 100 snack

Snack would be a piece of fruit and at night a cookie, some yoghurt or proteïn pudding.

I have always been one to eat continuously and get hungry quick. Would never skip a meal lol.

No breakfast except coffee. Sometimes a bar if I’m feeling hungry but I typically don’t need to eat until 11-12ish as I’m not usually hungry. So, 500-600 for lunch and 700-800 for dinner plus whatever I may graze on.

I love to cook and I like a bigger dinner with my partner.

About 300-400 for lunch, typically around 700 -900 for dinner and the remainder on snacks! I love spending more calories on dinner, yesterday I was able to have a chicken burger (with half a bap) and air fried chips, I had just enough calories for some popcorn and Milky Way stars too ☺️

500-400-300-200-100. Can be 500 breakfast or dinner or lunch. I just figure out on the go what I feel to eat and how to fit into the calories.

I don’t eat breakfast, I have no desire for food in the morning or if I do I’ll grab a protein shake or yogurt, I don’t want to add cooking and cleaning to my morning routine. Works well, I get 650 each for a filling lunch and dinner with room for snacks and nibbles
