    Real A+ steak. Perfect rare insides, gorgeous sear. Just a great job.

    Potatoes don’t live up to the steak. Oily and soft looking with pretty sad color, almost thought they were mushrooms. Lots of better potato options.

    Steak looks great!

    IMO the potatoes need a quick pan fry for some crunch, but that’s just my preference. If this was served to me, I’d still smash.
