Other than obviously scoring, where else can I improve? Honestly the family loved it, flavor texture and rise were great. They want me to make sourdough bagels or english muffins so I’ll be trying those next. And maybe those little spoon farm cinnamon rolls… the sourdough addiction begins!!!
