Went fine and it’s ok bread, but missing something. Gonna try honey rather than sugar next time though. Open to suggestions to improve. Used a random recipe online.

That’s the same recipe I used and literally have pinned to my fridge right now. Made 6 loaves now, I upped the salt a very little bit, otherwise this has become my base sandwich bread recipe.
