First time trying sous vide last night. My wife and I loved it! Ribeye turned out perfect.

    So many people are pointing out the butter… Is that wrong?! I literally do the same thing all the time. Never even considered not adding butter.

    I got a Typhur for Christmas – only used it once so far, but I loved using it, and the food turned out excellent. It’s definitely pricey, but I’m happy with it.

    I have three of the submersible ones and have put two in an ice chest and cooked 40 steak at one time. I think I can do without that big ol thing
