Jackie’s my guinea pig with meals sometimes..
Balsamic Butter Pasta Sauce was one of those situations.
It was a little suspect while we were going but honestly, the flavor on this sauce was bomb so I hope you try it.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 pound pasta of choice
1 stick of unsalted butter
1/3 cup grated parmigiano reggiano
Instructions:
1. Boil water. Add 1/8 cup of salt and add pasta of choice.
2. Add balsamic vinegar into a small sauce pan on low heat. Simmer until 3 tablespoons remain. Stir in the brown sugar and add butter and fresh black pepper. Stir to combine and remove from the heat.
3. Save a little pasta water in case you want to add some later for creaminess.
4. Drain the pasta and add into the sauce directly. Add fresh grated cheese and stir to combine.
5. Serve with more fresh parm, finishing oil and finishing salt. Enjoy!

Thats nice she hid it well.
Yall should do a ranking
That stuff was not good. Balsamic vinegar is strong for the main flavor
What are the pans? Link please!
Sorry guys, that sounds terrible for pasta. A for effort though! That balsamic reduction (minus the pasta water) makes a great drizzle for a butternut squash salad and a roasted duck breast!
She's trying to be nice you can tell it's gross
Balsamic vinegar reduced makes a balsamic glaze.
if you bought balsamic glaze, you bought the end product and it doesn’t need to reduce anymore. It’s already sweet.
