Based off of the advice given here, personal preference, and several failed attempts: I present my perfect deviled egg recipe!
Could definitely get lower in calories but I want to keep the protein high too.
-3 boiled eggs: 180 calories.
-10g mustard: 6 calories
-15g Fage 0%: 8 calories
-6g bacon bits: 26 calories (optional, but I like the texture
-pickle juice to taste
-paprika on top
It feels like girl dinner, but has 220 calories and 23g of protein. Will be on repeat for a long time!
