Wife decided to do a fully loaded roast for tea. Beef a beautiful med rare. Roast parsnips, roast pots, swede and carrot mash, Brussels, fine beans, broccoli and cauliflower, and yorkies. Gravy and white sauce. Topped with a nice Malbec.
