    This is the recipe I use as well. For others thinking of making it, unless you really like too rich chocolate, I would honestly recommend leaving off the ganache topping and just grating a bit of bar chocolate on top instead. Also if you refrigerate your cake, the ganache gets real hard and when you try to cut the cake it kind of just squishes all over the place.
