As someone who hates tuna but loves the macros, this is actually good and I will be incorporating it into my diet. It’s yummy and filling!

Recipe:

1 can tuna (113g)

1 stalk celery (55g)

1 whole cucumber (280g)

50g vanilla yogurt (Sounds weird. Tried because I didn’t have plain but it actually worked out very well)

50g cottage cheese

30g salsa

Garnish with lemon juice, cilantro and spices (I used onion salt and dill) 🙂
