I don’t know why, but I thought of this on my way home from kickboxing. Dry smoked salmon, low fat cottage cheese, red onion, dill, everything bagel seasoning, chili flakes, and salt. I did the serving size suggestion for the cottage cheese, half the suggested serving size for salmon, (calories would depend on the brand I’d assume) and everything else to taste. My tummy is satisfied and this was pretty tasty. Will deff make it again!
