Onima Pantry IL MIG+
This one's slightly funky and earthy, pleasantly warm and bright. I think this one's notably hot for a hab sauce, but the complex fruitiness really balances the heat. Coriander and paprika are used in just the right amounts. Great on grilled chicken, and I'm excited to try it with some Catalan recipes my friend from Barcelona sent.
Funky's Dark Star is one of the most fun sauces I've had. It's not cloyingly sweet but any means, but the touch of brown sugar, cinnamon, and coffee really shine together. Good on chicken. I think it would gold hold up to lamb chops. Sings on beef and pork. I am planning to make a cheeky marshmallow fluff with it to serve alongside sweet potato fries. I think it'd go hard in a honey butter, and certainly anywhere you'd use a coffee rub.
Both have a good amount of heat, but are also edible enough to really appreciate their incredible flavors. We'll buy both again.
