Recipe:
– 110 gams all purpose flour
– 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/8 teaspoon salt
– 40 grams butter
– 50 grams white sugar (if you wanna go lower calories i’d imagine you can substitute this)
– 2 egg whites
– zest of 1 lemon
– fresh lemon juice of half a lemon (~30 ml)

mix wets -> mix then add dry ingredients -> fridge for 30 minutes -> preheat oven to 170c/350f -> bake for 12 minutes -> let rest 5 minutes
