6 minute eggs, get some rare roast beef or any other meat to top it. Finely slice some scallions, go to an asian market and grab some fish cake. For the broth, instead of water, use a stock or broth and add some sesame oil to it at the end.

Sometimes I’ll crack a raw egg into the pot while it’s cooking. I also add lots of green onions, chili oil, bean sprouts, etc. Some toasted sesame seeds are nice, maybe some sliced fresh chilies. You don’t have to do all those things at the same time, but it’s nice to have options

Make an aroma oil with ginger, scallions, garlic. Or just garlic if that’s all you have.

I added white meat chicken, and I added kimchi and soft boiled egg sometimes if necessary.

I just got a cool idea looking at this and trying to think of different uses.
Crush it up and apply the seasoning dry then use those as croutons/a base for a sesame chicken salad. Use Romain lettuce 🥬 rotisserie chicken or poached breast if you have the ability, make a simple dressing from rice vinegar sugar and sesame oil, boom!

It’s not the healthiest thing, but they have cooked chicken breast strips in the frozen section if you’re looking for super quick. Love green onion, mushrooms, spinach. Good luck!
