I bought an ANOVA within about a month of hearing about them way back in 2014. It’s run solid ever since. Never needed wifi or Bluetooth. The temp is still calibrated perfectly.
Say what you will about them getting rid of something nobody used, they’re a solid company who made the first affordable immersion circulator and sparked all the knockoffs you see today.
This is the one that requires an app to use and they have paywalled a bunch of stuff right? No thanks.
That’s great. I love it when a company springs a subscription fee on me to able to use an app that isn’t needed in any way whatsoever.

Looking at camelcamelcamel it seems like it’s been on a constant decrease in price probably due to a lack of sales. The comments here show how unpopular the brand has become. I wonder if this is the new price going forward.
