In this episode, I’ll show you how to make delicious homemade Batbout pita bread with this easy recipe video! You won’t believe how simple it is to create this tasty bread at home!

▶️ Preparation Time:
– Prep: 45 mins
– Bake: 15 mins
– Rest: 1 hrs
– Total: 2.5 hrs

▶️Ingredients:
Ingredients for the main dough:
– Lukewarm water 440 ml
– Semolina flour: 140 g
– Sugar: 7 g
– Salt: 7 g
– Dry yeast: 6 g
– Vinegar: 10 ml
– Olive oil: 10 ml
– Flour: 435 g

▶️Equipment:
– Suitable bowls
– Silicone /Wooden Spatula
– Plastic wrap
– Electric Mixer
– Immersion Blender
– Rolling pin
– Parchment Paper

▶️ Instructions:
– Kick off by prepare lukewarm water
– Add the first ingredients one after another
– Mix with an Immersion Blender
– Add Vinegar & Olive oil
– Stir till well dissolved
– Add flour gradually
– Mix well (You can use an electric mixer)
– Let it rest for 1.5 hour
– Divide into 6 pieces
– Make dough balls
– Let them aside for 15 mins
– Spread out each piece with a rolling pin
– Cut it in half
– Let it rest for 10 minutes
– Place in a hot dry pan for about 3 minutes

– Don’t forget to use parchment paper if needed
