    Hellmans just came out with a spicy chipotle mayo! You should try it! That’s what I used on my sammies!

    The chicken patties are super easy. I recommend boneless and skinless chicken thighs from Costco. They go for 130 calories for 4 oz serving.

    I had 2 pounds of thighs cut off the extra fat to make it more leaner. Throw it in a food processor till it’s ground chicken but a just a tad bit bigger pieces. Add a tablespoon of mustard as a binding so the patties stick. Add seasoning I used garlic, onion, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika and black pepper. Form into 3 Oz patties and have some crushed cornflakes on the side spray some oil spray and air fry at 400 for 12 minutes and you have them!
