Fruit part:
2 peaches
1 teaspoon of gluten-free flour
1 teaspoon of melted butter (vegan)
1 teaspoon of agave or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Cut the peaches into cubes, add flour, butter, sweetener and cinnamon and mix everything.

Crumble:
40-50g gf flour
2-3 tablespoons of melted butter (vegan)
20ml of agave or maple syrup (more if desired)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Mix everything to a crumbly texture and sprinkle over the fruit.
Bake for approx. 40 minutes at 180°.
