So I wanna talk to you, as someone who is a food creator, what is your take on this thought I have. Cooking is simply not particularly hard and people who act as though it’s something they can’t do are being ridiculous. Sure, each chef has their own flair, but at the heart of it you’re following a recipe. Directions. And none of it takes much skill. Like let’s be honest right, making pasta, frankly, not hard. But you say “oh I made homemade pasta” and everyone loses their mind. I made homemade authentic carnitas tacos and I’m not a chef, I’m not a creator, I’m simply a dude who followed a recipe. I genuinely believe everyone can cook and it’s just not hard if you just do what you’re supposed to. Thoughts?
Actually that shape of pasta is called "Garganelli", at least in North Italy. And the authentic pesto (and pasta in general) doesn't go with chicken at all. No hate here, it actually looks so gooood, I'm just trying to spread some information
