I bought a rib of beef from a local farm. I brought it home and cut it into steaks 4 x 400g and 1 x 550g. I'm going to smoke the rib bone on the smoker. Total cost £65 (around $80)

    Personally I’d cut off that top cap of meat (forgot the name of it) as it’s much tougher. Use it for braising or stew.
