You can find both metric and imperial measurements in the video description and subtitles! β¨ What is your favourite type of sausage? β€π»
Itlaian bangers and mash! haha
Hi Daniella.
I'm glad you posted this recipe as sausages are a favorite of mine.
A simple enough recipe with basic ingredients is always best for sausages. That particular coiled Italian sausage isn't readily available to us, but a boerewors sausage could be a good substitute. I can get Italian style sausages with or without fennel or a small batch Sicilian pork with parmesan, black olives and spring onion, which I think would be ideal as a substitute and if it had tomato puree in it, it would be pretty close to being a pizza sausage. Hmmm. π€
I'll put the recipe on the Round-To-It.
Thanks. Pats for Gordon and Kiki and a pat on the back for Mr Editor. He does such a wonderful job. Oh and you do too ..

Very nice, I do like this, simple, yet great process. I don't eat potatoes though, I wonder how it would be if I was to use zucchini instead? I enjoyed this video!
