Falafel recipe with only Chickpeas without beans U must try | طريقة الفلافل بالحمص من دون الفول

يتم تحضير الفلافل من الحمص مع الفول أو بالحمص فقط أو في بعض الأحيان الفول فقط، اليوم قمت بتحضيرها بالحمص فقط حيث يتم مزجه مع الأعشاب والتوابل، ثم يقلى بعمق. إنها مقرمشة من الخارج وناعمة من الداخل.

وصفة فلافل الحمص :
٧٥٠ حمص
ملعقة صغيرة كاربونات لنقع الحمص
بصلة وسط
٦ حص ثوم
ملعقة كبيرة كزبراء يابسة
ملعقة صغيرة كمون
ملعقة صغيرة بهار حلو
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة بهار ابيض
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة بهار اسود
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة حر احمر ( اختياري)
ملعقة ملح او على الذوق
قليل من الماء – استعملت ملعقتين كبيرتين من الماء او حسب الخليط وطراوته عندكم

قبل القلي بنصف ساعة نضع :
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة كاربونات الصودا
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة بيكينغ باودر
زيت نباتي للقلي

Traditional falafel is usually made with combination of chickpeas and beans or chickpeas only or sometimes fava beans only . today i just prepared with only chickpeas it is blended with herbs and spices, and then deep-fried. It’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Falafel recipe from chickpeas :
750 chickpeas-hummus
1 tsp carbonate to soak the chickpeas
1 medium onion
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp dry coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp all spices
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chili ( optional )
1 tbsp salt or upon ur desire
Little water or i used 2 tbsp water it depend of the softness of the mixture

Before half hour of frying add:
1/2 tsp carbonate soda
1/2 baking powder

Vegetable oil to fry
