Ya I made some home made hot sauce from peppers I grew and I have been adding it to everything…it’s not gonna last long. Next year I need to make alot more.

It does taste beautiful. Love the texture roo. Great sprinkler on noodles, eggs or all sorts. It goes with everything.

I would be careful with Lao Gan Ma being with the way the oil is transported in china…
