Today we visit an Amish owned store in the middle of Amish country, locals refer to it as Amish Walmart! We also checked out an Amish discount store just across the street. To end the day we visited a well known Amish restaurant called the dutch pantry, it was very good food and got us ready to cut some firewood for winter weather coming.. You need to add on your bucket list a trip to Pennsylvania, especially in Lancaster, PA area. I live nearby there and know many places to go, best foods, etc.

Try some of their homemade Amish noodles if you get a chance. Yummy!
My favorite Amish/Mennonite/PA Dutch food is scrapple and homemade chicken pot pie.

We did in fact knew it existed! We just don't get out much to enjoy it… Amish restaurant in Muskogee is wonderful if you haven't checked it out ❤

It's not just the expiration dates you have to look at the ingredients. If there's more than 3 items or if you can't pronounce and ingredient then don't buy it. Oh, look out for the food dyes, they are very bad for your body.

There's a store like that in Bonduel Wisconsin as well. I live in Texas and miss that store very much. Also a Mennonite store in Lena Wisconsin. It's smaller but the made fresh sandwiches with fresh baked bread at $3. So good!
I believe that's not for socks that it's for making candles to do a whole bunch at one time

I wish one of those Amish stores were close here but it takes about a hr and a half from here, I can't ride that far. Wait I think you'd enjoy some in pa, they have a place called green dragon tons of shops there. Those garlic pickles looked good . God bless yas

I like their spices that are repackaged and the popcorn. The best cinnamon I've ever had was from an Amish store.
