They somehow ran outta large boxes….. Only the single most common size
Pizza is delicious so hell yea dominos get that crew pie im good with it
After a little thought it’s actually genius. I ordered a medium thin crust pie cut. Incredibly easy to roll a medium (possibly a small) dough out to a large thin and cut the middle out. I should’ve left a bigger tip
TIL you can get Wonder Bra’d bya pizza box
And here I was looking t that white crap in the middle before I read the post, 🤮
I have some experience slinging pizzas, and I’ve pulled similar stunts with pizzas that were too big. I’m wondering why they didn’t push the halves together to hide the evidence. You ordered a medium, so it’s not like you would’ve felt cheated.
I love Domino’s because they have anchovies as a topping.
Worked pizza oven for a few years. . .can confirm this was done quite often for a quick snack during shift.
Several years back I was the sous at a gourmet pizza place with a stone oven… sometimes the oven guy would not have enough semolina on the paddle and the pizza would stick a little as they launched it into the oven and it would become a little oval shaped. Easy fix. Cut out the middle in a long slice like that, and it becomes a nice circle for the guest and whoever was working the inside of the window could give whatever server they were trying to flirt with what we called the “secret slice”.
Was your delivery guy an [obese pink bunny](https://youtu.be/duLqCQTMZgA?feature=shared)
I knew an overweight pizza guy that secret sliced MOST of the pizzas and ate his way through his shift for quite some time before being discovered by management and fired.
Richard Waterson pizza
We did this but also we only have like a kids size and regular. If the big couldn’t fit in the box we’d cut a strip to make it fit
