Blizzard of Blankets provides warm clothing for Erie’s unsheltered
Cars stopped along Peach Street on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2024, to drop off blankets, coats, hats and gloves then moved inside St. Paul’s Church and the Upper Room.
No one has to go hungry at Thanksgiving. Several regional organizations are serving hot holiday meals at no charge starting Saturday. Listings are available through United Way’s 211 Helpline by dialing 211, visiting PA211NW.org or texting the caller’s ZIP Code to 898-211.
