#MattiesKitchen, in this video Mattie will be showing you how to make some Stuffed Cabbage Rolls.

✨ Ingredients:
1.Start by cooking your rice. Follow instructions on bag for rice.
2. Cut up your vegetables, green bell pepper, green onions, white onion and a little bit of jalapeño. If you like heat you can add more jalapeño. Don’t have to be cut finely.
3. Place 4 tablespoons diced tomatoes into pot, add a little water and add all chopped vegetables as well as garlic powder, salt, pepper, worchestire sauce, paprika, sugar. GO ALL AROUND POT WITH SEASONING TO INSURE AND EVEN SEASON. Let cook for a while and taste.
4. Place a pot full of water on stove and add cabbage, you can stick a knife in cabbage so you can easily take out. DO NOT COOK CABBAGE FOR LONG.
5. Grab ground beef place in a bowl, add finely chopped green onions, green bell peppers, white onion into bowl. GOING ALL AROUND THE BOWL. Add chopped andouille sausage in, add sauce, add in one beaten egg, some worchestire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, as well as rice. Mix together might have to make add in more rice.
6. Take cabbage and flatten out and cut the steam part off. Pat ground been into a small football shape.
7. Take leftover sauce and add into a baking pan, and then add in your rolled up cabbage, and top with more sauce. Cover with foil and place in oven. Oven should be set to 400. Cook for 45 minutes to and hour. Depending on your stove, Ground beef should be done.

Hello Mattie I'm still proud of myself for trying your roast turkey recipe it was so moist and very delicious. Thank you Ms. Mattie. Your cornbread dressing looks delicious too. I'm going to practice with that before I serve it to others. Miss Mattie do you put eggs in your dressing?? I've seen other cornbread dressing recipes that people beat up eggs and add them to their dressing. I trust your instructions.
