    Honestly if you just sub in a whey protein shake or find somewhere to add in some whey powder (you could stir some into your pudding or yogurt) you’ll be good.

    78g protein is perfectly reasonable for a 1200 day. 1g protein per kg of bodyweight is a pretty healthy goal for sedentary weight loss. People who spruik higher amounts are either into body building (which is not suitable for a 1200 diet), or confusing the recommendations that are based on *lean* body weight.
