Tried making bibimbap for the first time. Pretty happy with the result. As a Scandinavian, I’m completely out of my element in this type of cuisine.

    Nice!

    It helps to chop all ingredients shorter, as in mixable and scoopable with a big spoon, rather than long strips intended for pickup by chopsticks/forks.
